Straight cams are used to clamp parts in turning chucks. Each of them has two stages for fixing parts in a "decompression" way and one prism working on compression. With the help of straight cams, small-sized parts are fixed (with the surface of the prism - for the outer side of the part) and large-sized parts (with the surface of the steps - hollow blanks).
